We will be having regular occurances of Strongman Saturday and Powerlifting Thursdays unless otherwise posted on FB. Both classes are $5 each session. However, members of the gym may purchase an Unlimited Strength class option that allows you to go to as many of these two classes as you want each month for $10 a month.
Powerlifting Thursday: All levels welcome! Learn the basics and techniques for each Powerlifting event. This is a three week series each month (the final week is a rest week). Each week will have a different event and will focus on learning the techniques as well as each participant being able to go for a Personal Record on their 1 rep max for that event.
Strongman Saturday: If you're looking to learn a new sport and have a blast, then STRONGMAN SATURDAY is something that you don't want to miss out on. This class/training seminar is open to all levels, even BEGINNERS! We don't care if you don't think you're strong, STRONG is relative and you can only get better as you practice! Each seminar we will work on a new skill as well as practice skills learned in previous weeks.
