What Motivates Me
After first reading and then listening to this, I can't help but think wow, just plain wow. I immediately got all pumped up to get into the gym, to start training even harder and smarter, and to basically just be better, be the best I could be. Not just in the gym, not just on the stage, but in life in general. I want to stop making those simple excuses and stop putting something off. This really motivated me. Thank you to Team Warrior Within and thank you to David Johnston Training for this insight and motivation!
