I need to freeze my membership...
We get that you need to freeze your membership sometimes. However, please keep in mind that the freeze needs to be for a month or more. To freeze your membership, you'll actually be canceling it out because there's no freeze option. However, just let us know when you're ready to unfreeze it, and we will activate your account again.
Do NOT go online and attempt to repurchase a membership, or you'll be charged a start-up fee again. If this happens, we cannot refund you because we get charged to refund people.
To freeze your membership: Click on the "Freeze/Cancel Membership" button at the bottom of the page, log in using the email you used to sign up, and click on the trash can icon next to your membership. Fill out the info, press submit, and you're golden. Leave us a comment that you want it to be frozen so we know to expect you back.
I need to cancel my membership...
It's super easy to cancel your membership since we don't make you sign a contract like other fitness centers. All you have to do is click the button below, log in using the email you used to sign up, and click on the trash can icon next to your membership. Fill out the info, press submit, and you're golden. Feel free to leave us a friendly comment, so we know how we're doing :D
Remember, you must cancel your membership at least one day before the beginning of the month to avoid being charged for the next month. We do NOT give refunds if you forget this since it's probably the least complicated thing you can do, and we get charged when we have to refund you.
Lastly, make sure you change the date to the last day you want access to the gym. Our system will deny entrance if you cancel before you intended. For instance, if you decide to cancel on the 14th but still want access until the last day of the month, make sure you change the cancellation date on the form to the 31st.
One more thing...
You're always welcome back to our gym when you're ready. Just reach out to us to restart your membership; you don't need to pay the startup fee again because it's just a one-time fee. We wish you the best of luck and hope to see you soon.
